INTRINSICALLY SAFE MODULAR CONTROLLER ISM

 

 

APPLICATION

Intrinsically save modular controller is designed to comprehensive control of the operation of mining equipment. Owing to its modular design the equipment is absolutely fit to control, inspection and visualization of single equipment and also entire complicated systems for example:

  • control of fans
  • control of windlass
  • control of conveyors

Wide range of any configurations of elements of the controller enables to provide customer full scope of solutions: from the simplest ones in form of control panels with connection elements to fully automated electronic control.

 

EXAMPLES OF VERSIONS

  • ISM-02 control panel

The controller performs the function of control panel for simple mining equipment being at the same time compact distribution box with 36 - circuit terminal strip for the intrinsically safe circuits cooperating with it. It is furnished with the following buttons: emergency switch off button, switch on button and switch off button.

  • ISM-05 control panel

The controller is the version of simple control panel for the equipment with two-speed motors. It is the distribution box at the same time like in case of ISM-02. The panel is furnished with the buttons: emergency switch off button, switch on the idle run button, switch on quick run button and switch off quick run button.

  • ISM-09 controller with modules of electronics

Comprehensive version of the controller designed for the, control, inspection and visualization of:

- fan with one or two motors of two -speed or,
- set of maximally four fans with one-speed motor. 
 

Configuration of control of the equipment is being performed by graphic intuitive interface. The controller is furnished with the buttons: switch on button and switch off button, signalling lamps - Operation and Failure and LCD display where the status of the equipment is visualized.
